War Memorial 14-18

1914-1918 memorial located in Libramont, on the town square. Mr JOSKIN is the architect, the master builder is Honoré HANOT. In 1920, the municipality of Libramont-Chevigny decided to build this monument. For the anecdote, the Senegalese soldier was beheaded by German soldiers in 1940. The monument stood in front of the old town hall (now the Chamber of Commerce) and was protected around 1930 by a low wall and a gate.
