Visit to the Marcassou Centre in Champlon

‘At ease...’ is the motto of the famous brand with the boar's head logo: Marcassou! The sausages and cured hams are produced in the Forest of Saint-Hubert, at the Barrière de Champlon. The former production centre has been transformed into a visitor centre called ‘Le Centre Marcassou’. Currently dedicated to group visits, it offers a self-guided tour tracing the brand's history and products, ending with a tasting session.


Weekdays, every working day from 8.30am to 3pm (last admission one hour before closing time): by appointment only for groups of 20 to 65 people.
