The Tripel: A beer that reflects the character of the people who live here: strong, complex and warm. It will delight you with its well-malted flavours enhanced by fruity and slightly spicy notes.

La Saison: the grain side is evident, with 4 malts (barley, spelt, wheat and rye) and only 1 hop. This beer has a strength of 5.8° and when tasted chilled (+/- 5-6°, because at less the aromas are killed, which is why industrial beers are served so chilled), sparkling notes, a nice bitterness and fruity notes can be detected.

This trio of brewers has other recipes in the pipeline that we should see in the coming months. They also have other projects in the pipeline, including a brewery in the Saint-Hubert region. Business to follow...
