Pinkie Chatte from Brasserie des Tchèts

- 4 cl liqueur Fraise des Bois
- 1 teaspoon of raspberry jam
- Juice of half an organic lemon
- 25 cl Chatte
Mix ¼ of the beer with the various ingredients in the shaker.
Pour the mixture into a large frosted cocktail glass.
Add the rest of the Chatte and decorate the frosted glass with the peel of half a lemon from which the flesh has been removed.
